we are fully in the cloud - but can get physical if you wish

Even prior to early 2020 and You Know What, we were beginning to use online meeting formats with more geographically remote clients.

Since then we’ve made the decision to go fully online with our service. This has many benefits for you, including:

  • less travel time. This can be significant: no more arriving at a meeting already frazzled and tired after a horrendous journey;

  • the ability to schedule meetings at your convenience, especially early on in the day, before the hectic stuff hits the fan. We’re “open” from 0730, Monday to Friday;

  • having both partners present at every meeting (essential and non-negotiable), even if one is at home and the other at work or whatever;

  • knowing that all meetings, with your consent, are recorded. This gives you lifetime access to a complete record of our interactions with you via video and audio. These are shared with you via a secure link after every Annual Planning Meeting.

 

Not all conversations are created equal

Every conversation between you and a trusted adviser is important. Some, however, are more important than others. Sometimes the human touch is called for.

In nearly all such situations we would suggest taking advantage of the confidentiality and privacy offered at our Private Members’ Club, situated in Marylebone. Here we can chat, face-to-face, person-to-person. And perhaps grab a bite as well (on us).
